Vencom EDI is Now B2B Exchange

In June of 2020, RollMaster Software finalized a deal to acquire Vencom EDI. Both RollMaster Software and Vencom EDI are founding members of the fcB2B initiative and staunch supporters of continued adoption of fcB2B Standards by flooring manufactures and distributors. Vencom EDI customers are continuing to experience the same level of functionality and support as they’ve always experienced, with no interruption of service on RollMaster’s upgraded B2B Exchange Service.

RollMaster B2B Exchange—an Upgraded Experience

For new subscribers to a B2B only service, RollMaster offers B2B Exchange. While this is the same technology enjoyed by clients utilizing the fully integrated RollMaster Software Flooring Business Management System, B2B Exchange customers are able to subscribe to just the B2B Vendor Catalog Import Technology and support for initial and ongoing import of catalog and pricing updates, including drops, new styles, and special pricing from participating Vendors.

Full catalog details make this product offering a better value than other standard B2B pricing import software, as does the ability to export the data to Excel. Additional functionality includes the ability to program several levels of pricing options to assist with quoting pricing to customers and figuring bids. Our B2B Exchange customers consist of dealers not yet ready for a complete business management flooring software system, but still wanting an automated way to track pricing and product data.

B2B Master—For Enhanced B2B Data Exchange Services

For larger dealers on custom ERP systems interested in B2B integration without the cost and learning curve, we off B2B Master. In addition to the catalog (832) import data and functionality explained above that comes with the B2B Exchange service, B2B Master grants access to the catalog data via API and SQL.

B2B Master also allows for the exchange of Vendor Invoice documents (810) to confirm pricing is correct based on pricing provided by the Vendor.
